Does Merlin AI track my browser history?
We do not track your actions on the websites, except when you explicitly send us a request. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
What's the context window size?
The context window for Pro is currently 100k tokens. We don't provide direct API access - our service is designed as a user-friendly interface for multiple AI models.
What about data security and privacy?
We store all data securely on the Cloud and ensure full compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and ISO standards. We never sell user data, and users retain full ownership of their data. Data can be deleted at any time upon request.

Can the other members of my team see all the research I've done on Merlin?
No, Merlin Teams does not disclose your searches to all users of the Teams account. The team administrator can only track surface-level metrics of usage.
ChatGPT is banned in my country. Can I still use Merlin for teams?

Can I switch from my Merlin Individual plan to the Team plan?
Absolutely. If you're at the end of your billing cycle, simply cancel the Pro plan and sign up for the Teams plan via your account or using your company's login details.

Is this plan unlimited?
No. Merlin Pro gives atleast 30x the usage of Merlin Free, but is bound by Fair Use Limits as outlined here.
